DENVERFrost & Flow has acquired Hot Water Now! and Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, the two Denver home services brands it has operated since February 2025. The purchase was financed with a $1.3 million SBA 7(a) loan. Further terms were not disclosed.
Frost & Flow took over day-to-day operations of Hot Water Now! in February 2025 and introduced the Warm Welcome name that June to carry heating and air conditioning work. Both brands continue under their own names, from the same building, with the same crews.
Sixteen months of running the businesses came before buying them. That is the point of the sequence rather than an accident of it. A buyer who has already operated a company is not paying for a set of assumptions, and an owner who is not ready to sell gets a way to step back without deciding everything on one morning.
Hot Water Now! was founded in 2006 and specialises in water heater replacement and repair. Warm Welcome carries heating, cooling and plumbing across the same Denver service territory.
Frost & Flow acquires residential home service businesses from owners who want the company they built to keep operating after they step back. It is not a private equity fund and has no fund life or scheduled exit.
