Privacy Policy

Frost & Flow LLC ("Frost & Flow", "we") acquires and operates residential home service companies. This site exists so that an owner who is thinking about selling can reach us. This policy covers what happens to the information you give us here.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, your company, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your state, an approximate revenue range, and a message. We also record whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and when.

The site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if you want to go further, to evaluate a possible transaction. Your inquiry goes to a person at Frost & Flow, not to a queue, and it stays inside Frost & Flow.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with brokers, marketplaces, or other buyers. We do not rent or trade mailing lists.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, either by ticking the box on a form or by saying yes on a phone call with our team, we may text you about your inquiry as described in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform, as needed to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.

Who else sees it

Service providers that run pieces of this for us: our website host, the email service that delivers form submissions to us, and the CRM and messaging platform our team works from. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and may not use your information for anything else.

We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights or safety of Frost & Flow or others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as there is a live conversation, and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them for our records. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP. Write to info@frostandflow.com for any of these.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle text-message consent will be reflected here and in our SMS Terms.
