Hot Water Now! adds HVAC under the Warm Welcome name

DENVERFrost & Flow has added heating and air conditioning to Hot Water Now!’s Denver operation, entering the trade through a company it already runs rather than buying into it. The work trades as Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

The logic is the customer list. A household that has just replaced a water heater has a furnace of a similar age, and the technician who did the first job is already in the basement looking at the second. Adding a trade to an established book costs a fraction of acquiring a company that comes with one.

Warm Welcome runs from the same dispatch and the same service territory as Hot Water Now!. Both trade under their own names.
