Frost & Flow’s affiliate, Journeyman Home Services, assumes operations of Precision Plumbing
The Delmarva plumbing contractor is the first company operated by Journeyman Home Services.
TEMPERANCEVILLE, Va.Journeyman Home Services, an affiliate of Frost & Flow, has assumed day-to-day operations of Precision Plumbing & Contracting Services, a residential plumbing contractor serving the Delmarva peninsula. Terms were not disclosed.
Precision Plumbing works from Temperanceville, Virginia. The book covers residential plumbing, drain cleaning, and water treatment and filtration across a market that runs up the peninsula into Maryland and Delaware.
Precision Plumbing is run by Kyle Vitayanuvatti, principal of Journeyman Home Services.
Frost & Flow works with owners who want the company they built to keep operating after they step back. It is not a private equity fund and has no fund life or scheduled exit.
